Nỗi Lòng Mục Tử - Vĩnh Phúc (1972)
1. Chiều tàn đón bước chiên lang thang
trên đồng xanh sương mơ lai láng.
Một mình rét mướt co ro bên chân đồi
nhìn chiên ăn ngơ ngát.
Ôi gió mùa đông đem tê tái thêm
cho tâm hồn đang khao khát.
Buồn cho kiếp chăn chiên cô đơn bao ngày.
Vẫn như chiều nay! Nào ai
hay đâu hay kiếp chăn chiên cô đơn này.
2. Đời nghèo chỉ biết đem tâm tư làm bạn
cùng bầy chiên yêu dấu.
Tưởng rằng mãi mãi bơ vơ trên đời
nhìn dòng thời gian trôi vút.
Nhưng có một đêm Noel
Chúa đem vui tươi vào đời tăm tối.
Trần gian chẳng ai yêu thương con như Ngài. Với hai bàn tay!
Trần gian khinh chê chẳng ai yêu con như Ngài.
3. Lòng chợt thấy cõi thiên nhiên xinh đẹp
tràn một màu xanh bát ngát.
Tội tình Chúa đã buông tha
nên tâm hồn nhẹ nhàng yên vui quá!
Con muốn choàng đôi tay
ôm đám chiên thơ ngây để mà ca hát.
Mừng vui! Chúa yêu thương đã sinh ra đời. Hát lên người ơi!
Mừng vui hôm nay Chúa yêu thương sinh ra đời.
